So once I've faithfully shredded many, many financial papers, what do I do with the fluff? Throw it in a dumpster? Loose it on the four winds? Sink it in a river? Set it on fire? I'm clueless here.
A worm box would require more co-ordination among myself and my roommates than any of us have managed to date. (Also, there is the question of where it would live without offending anyone's sensibilities, covenant, or bike storage space. Our shared condo living space is not that large.)
If it were ordinary paper instead of the heavily chemical stuff that is on NCR paper, I'd say mulch it and use it for gardening (or offer it to someone who does gardening.) Otherwise, put it in a paper bag and put it in the county's mixed paper recycling.

If you are satisfied with the shredding, bag it and take it to a recycling place.
