This Is, Of Coure, Entirely Hypothetical

Hypothetically, a job candidate survives the phone screen and is asked to come in for a face-to-face interview at a large corporation's suburban campus. The candidate asks the hiring manager to email directions or an address to the interview site.

Poll #4129 The email does not appear in the candidate's inbox.

If this is how the hiring manager treats people before they've signed a contract, do you really want to work for this person?

Seeing as how the candidate is likely to need, not only directions (which can, presumably, be had with Google after all) but also in-campus directions, security procedures etc. if any, and precise interview location... maybe not one day after the phone call, like I chose to mark up there, but at least three days before the interview is very reasonable.

See, you're counting up from the phone screening. To me the answer is "The day before the interview." When the phone screening was is not important, when the interview happens is.

This. If it gets to be the day before and you still haven't heard from them, that's the time for a polite phone call to the effect of "uh, guys, we're still meeting tomorrow, yes? WHERE THE HELL AM I GOING?!"

Yes, this. I found the radio button that told me when the interview was and counted backwards from there to pick my day.

3 days because that will give the recruiter time to reply on the 4th day, before the interview on the 5th day.
