Week Four: Fountain

Late, and weak - caught yesterday. Last week's pictures were few and bad, except for one, which I'm holding back for a few weeks.
Cropping and resizing. This picture's way too busy. I am fascinated by the interplay of light and water, but I am very bad at freezing it for posterity.

That is a very spiffy fountain.

I'm not sure I've ever seen one like it...a bit like an upside-down shower-head. Most fountains (in my limited experience) have fewer and/or thicker streams.

It's outside the math building on campus. You actually pass it if you take the bus from the metro. We've got at least four fountains / water installations on campus that I'm aware of; I waver between wondering how much water they're sucking up and really liking them.

Thank you! I think it's a demonstration of how far I have to go on the "depth of field" front, but it's nice to know someone likes it.
