Every day is a winding road

I have roadtripped! I pulled a ten-hour day at work Friday, there were fire engines at the metro that evening when I was stalled waiting for a train incident at a different station to get cleared up, and I got up before 6 AM two days in a row, and did I mention the twelve-hour car trip on Saturday? I faceplanted just after one AM yesterday, slept until 10 AM, and possibly might take a nap at some point. Right now I'm making pancakes and sausage, plus the lunch-intended pork chop shenanigans in the crockpot, and I'm done trying for a while.
