The Longest Day

Up at 6 AM against my will, out of the house until 8 PM (but now I have my library holds! Which were mysteriously delivered to two different libraries!), on the phone with dad until a quarter until nine and then started two loads of laundry. I sit now with dry hair and a basket of laundry to fold, and a 6:30 AM alarm triple-set. Tomorrow I will go to HR and ask about tuition remission for possible spring semester courses with a clean and neat appearance, if you ignore the raccoon eyes.

This is not my most glorious hour.
