Count Dracula. Angelus and co., Spike and co. Dorian Gray does not exactly count. Lestat etc. from Anne Rice, whom I've never read. I know there were some in the Anita Blake books, but I left those behind long, long before brainrot settled in to eat her. I am not well-versed in classical horror to list any more.

Lestat! Gotta not forget the Vampire Lestat!

Also, one of my other literary favourite vampires (although he's NOT a blood-drinker) would be Thomas Raith from the Dresden Files books.
