The Sunburn isn't Helping

It's one of those "work shift early, work shift hard, clean house, clean to-do list, collapse" days that will be immeasurably improved by its conclusion. There remains, however, the pile of (damp) laundry on the bed, including sheets, and the homework. I am this close to buying a giant piece of paper, shoving all of the front room junk and furniture to the walls, and making a larger than life immunology study guide, with colorful personal notes, in twenty colors of Sharpie. When I am done I will obtain a stud-finder, hammer, and nails, that it might hang on my wall, inspiring wonder and nightmares.

There's also the temptation to take a fiery sword to the knot of a west coast midterm, an east coast wedding, and several unfortunate flight configurations, none of which contributed to a positive mood today.

In related news, my Monday class has restored my faith in science, which has been sorely tried by my Thursday class.
