aseIf I ever taught immunology, I'd teach it as Genetic Defects of the Immune System. Ninety minutes of immune system, maybe broken up a bit with 30-45 minutes of student presentation(s), and 30 minutes of applications, or And Then You Die (without a bone marrow transplant).
