Sunday I handed back the keys to my old place, picked up a second-hand desktop, and started unpacking at the new apartment. The Monday plan was to drop off the car for some minor stuff and run errands after I got it back that evening.
Monday morning I dropped my ancient cell phone yet again (timer, timepiece, alarm clock, whatever) and this time it broke in half. Whoops.
Tonight I have a new Samsung SCH-U550 cell phone (alarm clock, timer, timepiece, whatever), no more unpacking - or any other finished errands - and a fierce loathing of evening Georgia Ave traffic. People who can't use their turn signal in heavy traffic will feel my horn-honking wrath. Psychological meltdown from turning my life upside down in three weeks or less, whatever.
If I can figure out how to transfer files, later this week there may be 1.3 mpix cell phone camera pictures. I really, really want a new camera, but after this moving thing I am broke. (I also really, really want a car, but ha ha ha, if I can't save enough for the one-time payment for a camera, I hav no business messing with a rusty money sinkhole like a car.) Maybe I should take a collection up for my birthday? "Donate $10 to the
