aseToday I spent my lunch hour on hold in three different phone trees and
did not get my old internet cancelled. And then I called
after work, and got disconnected after ten minutes on hold and 90
seconds talking to a real human being. Now I'm doing it for the third
time, from my work desk, and I am not happy. Business hour
service for the lose.
