aseFor reasons you do not want to get into right now, I have a draft that says, "you lose, Spot!" in my email. I think this is wildly funny. It really isn't, especially after I figured out I was mocking Episode 3.
I have reached the point where, if my options are to eat another sandwich or go to bed hungry, I am drinking a pretty glass of water and faceplanting. Tomorrow I'm going to do something with tuna from a can, half a green pepper, spinach from a bag, grape tomatoes and a cucumber and call it lunch. After class I am getting the rotisserie chicken I should've bought yesterday. And on a day I didn't have a dental appointment and then an 11-to-8 work day and after that a niggling bit of homework (not hard, just there), I will cook.
I have something like a finished take-home quiz and makeup quiz done for class tomorrow. That just leaves the final take-home and the two- and five-page papers due next Wednesday.
I have had "Half Jack" stuck in my head all day. Dresden Dolls as the lyrical successor to Tori Amos? Discuss. Bonus points for pointing out any place where the song only makes sense in the gestalt, and not at all as a self-contained unit.
