Update by the Numbers

1.) Still alive.
2.) Still interviewing and sending out resumes.
3.) Roommate staged a sushi intervention; see (2).
4.) Sushi intervention was before the polite "thanks but no thanks" email after a second interview. Crushing dismay is being fended off with applications of logic (made the second interview cut!), investigating PT jobs, and occasional chocolate.
5.) Weekend resolution: get out, enjoy sunny and warm weather, avoid computer & job listing websites. My carpals will thank me.

You might want to consider getting onto any kind of a payroll while you chase the one you really want. If you got on an afternoon/evening shift at, say, a Starbucks, you'd still have most of the day availble for interviews. Eves are usually something like 3-11 pm, or 4-midnight. Money coming in beats pride hands down.
