*MUNI math: $60 for a pass divided by $2 per ride = 30 rides; ie, 1/day. If you take the bus more than once a day, you save money. If you take it slightly less than once a day, you save a ton of "where are my dollar bills?" hassle.

- Get made up at Macy's.
- Explore all six stories of the SFPL main branch.
- Play with an iPad at the Apple store at Market and Stockton.
- Take a picture of the intersection of Haight Street and Ashbury Street. Email to envious parents.
- Golden Gate Park is about 3 miles by 0.5 miles. That's a lot of park!
- Master a new hair braiding technique.
- Join a meetup group.
- Volunteer... somewhere.
- Cable car museum.
- Hit up Ghirardelli's and See's Candy for free chocolate samples.
- Make a friend with a manual transmission car, and learn to drive stick.
- Review parallel parking with your next zipcar rental.
- Window-shop (and look for "help wanted" signs).
- Free samples at the farmer's market!
- Stairway Walks in San Francisco.
- People-watch at Dolores Park.
