Baking on the Internet

So I have a recipe which calls for one egg plus one egg yolk. What can I do with one egg white?

ETA: I froze it. Egg-and-a-half omelet this weekend, I guess.

Add it to an omelette? Freeze it for later use?

I think freezing is the plan. I hope the purple saran wrap in the ice cube tray is a hint to my roommates!

No - the recipe is for brown sugar cookies. Incidentally, I believe I've finally found a cookie too rich even for me.

Cookies! You could totally glaze cookies. It would make them shiny pretty.
